Description
Palm sugar is sugar that comes from sap/tap water from the palm tree’s trunk. Palm sugar is known as palm zuiker or arenga in a foreign language because of its veneer. Indonesia, commercially has two palmea plants that produce palm sugar. The nira from palm and coconut are the raw ingredients of palm sugar.
