_MG_8628Mr. Agung Pramudya Fahrul Rachman was born in Semarang, Indonesia on September 20, 1970. So far, he has had around 21 years of work experience since 1995 in public bodies. In his life, he had taken his education into the best possible opportunities, from studying building construction plus civil engineering to perfecting his knowledge in human resources management, which was the degree he took for his Master education.

After he completed his education, he uses all his knowledge in the job assigned to him, at the metrology department of Indonesia. Of course, his experiences did not stop only here. On the other hand, after having dedicated his life to his works, he is now entrusted to be the Director of ITPC since October 2014 in Milan, the global city in Italy.

ITPC (Indonesian Trade Promotion Center) Milan operates directly under the Indonesian Ministry of Trade, working continuously to bridge Indonesian suppliers and exporters with Italian importers and executives, so that the two countries can meet their needs mutually. Therefore, Mr. Rachman has been selected to achieve this objective.

ITPC Milan in Italy is not Mr. Rachman’s first task assignment abroad. Previously, he has also been assigned for other necessary tasks to Malaysia, Japan and Singapore to accomplish different goals for Indonesia.

Having performed well in his responsibilities, the President of Indonesia gave him “Satyalancana Karya Satya” award in 2007 for his loyal dedication to his professional life. This award is only given to public officers who have achieved at least a decade of work dedication in public bodies.

In the present time, Mr. Rachman, accompanied by his loving family, dedicates himself heartily in Italy as the Director of ITPC Milan to bridge Indonesia and Italy. He speaks Indonesian and English.

However, his eternal will to keep studying new things has urged him to learn and improve his Italian language into better and better. He always says, “There’s no word too late to study and there’s no word enough for knowledge.”
